Step 2: Developing your plan

We can start from scratch, or you can choose from one of our existing plans and add your own personal touches. Once we understand your requirements, we will work with you to develop your unique site plan, floor plan and elevations.


Step 3: Finalising your specifications

We will work closely with you to ensure your plans suit your exact requirements and specifications. We will also discuss every detail required for your new home, from colours to tap ware. Once completed, we’ll present your design and a comprehensive outline of all products and materials to be used in your home.


Step 4: The building contract

Once the final design is confirmed, an agreement detailing your new home and your selected specifications will be drawn up for your consent and approval.
